周湯豪3日到高雄巨蛋巡迴演唱會，吸引了一萬二千個粉絲上前朝聖，舞台聲光效果還搭配電音唱跳，嗨翻現場全場粉絲，還很親民的跟粉絲互動，拿粉絲的手機自拍以及近距離互動，也請來媽媽「比莉姐」來助陣演出，其中演唱會過程當中，就有許多女粉絲丟出自已的內衣，周湯豪也將這些內衣撿起來掛在腰邊兩旁，收工後還發出整張床都是「戰利品」成為「內衣富翁」。

周湯豪演唱會《REALIVE》在高雄巨蛋圓滿落幕，演出當中也請來不少名模以及超辣的舞者，搭配舞台燈光效果以及電音的唱跳，瞬間成為大型夜店現場，現場粉絲嗨到不行，周湯豪也表示：「13年終於來到高雄開演唱會，高雄久等了！你們好不好？今晚要毫無保留OK。」全場粉絲瘋狂尖叫，接著他要喝水時不小心滑了一跤，直呼「墨鏡太黑了」，粉絲也表示「連跌倒都很帥」。
